The Onondaga Lake cleanup is on schedule to be finished in 2016 with plans for dredging to be completed in 2014, a year ahead of schedule. Rebuilding natural habitat along the lake’s tributaries and southwestern shoreline is a vital ingredient to restoring this valuable community resource. Dozens of acres of wetlands have already been restored, allowing for the return of wildlife. Let's come together to celebrate the important progress that continues to be made.
Last week well over 100 people came out to our event at the Black Olive celebrating the progress happening in Downtown Syracuse. One week from today, we're holding a networking event at the Onondaga Lake Visitors Center for folks to come together, network and learn about the progress happening at the lake.
